A child does not dream of luxury. A child dreams of love.
A warm hug after a bad day. A reassuring hand while crossing the road. Someone waiting at home. Someone to say, “I am proud of you.”

Unfortunately, millions of children across the world grow up without these simple blessings.
Children get separated from their parents for countless reasons. Some lose their families due to tragic accidents or illness. Others are abandoned because of poverty, social stigma, disability, or gender discrimination. Many are victims of human trafficking, kidnapping, natural disasters, armed conflicts, or migration. Some are rescued from abusive homes where violence and addiction make family life impossible.
Many children suffer silently because their parents divorce or separate, leaving them emotionally neglected. Others are left behind when parents migrate to distant cities or foreign countries in search of employment, hoping to provide a better future but unintentionally creating an emotional void in their children’s lives.
There are children whose parents are imprisoned. Some belong to families affected by severe mental illness or substance abuse. Others become homeless because of extreme poverty, communal violence, or displacement. There are also children who are simply forgotten—left at hospitals, railway stations, temples, or on the streets with no one returning to claim them.
For every reason, the outcome is often the same.
A child who longs for affection.
A child who waits.
A child who wonders why they were left behind.
Yet behind every heartbreaking story stands another story filled with compassion.
Recently, the team of Global Visionera Foundation had the privilege of visiting a Bal Grah (Children’s Shelter Home), where children from such diverse backgrounds are provided with care, education, nutrition, healthcare, and above all, hope.
During our visit, we did not merely see an institution.
We witnessed resilience.
We saw children smiling despite carrying unimaginable pain. We met caregivers who dedicate their lives to becoming the family these children never had. We observed classrooms filled with dreams, playgrounds echoing with laughter, and young hearts that continue to believe in a brighter tomorrow.
The experience reminded us that while a shelter can provide protection, every child ultimately deserves something much greater—a loving family, emotional security, opportunities to learn, and the confidence to dream without fear.
Our Founder, Zarina Khan Chhibber, carries a heartfelt mission that extends beyond temporary support.

Her vision is to establish safe, nurturing, and holistic shelter homes where every abandoned, orphaned, vulnerable, or neglected child can receive not only food and education but also love, dignity, mentorship, life skills, and opportunities to become independent, responsible citizens.
The dream is to create homes where children are not defined by their past but empowered by their future.
However, such a mission cannot be accomplished alone.
It requires compassionate individuals, responsible businesses, educational institutions, healthcare professionals, volunteers, philanthropists, and every citizen who believes that no child should grow up feeling unwanted.
You can become part of this journey.
You can volunteer your time.
You can sponsor a child’s education.
You can contribute books, clothing, educational materials, or financial assistance.
You can help create safe spaces where children discover hope instead of despair.
Every act of kindness, no matter how small, becomes part of a child’s new beginning.
At Global Visionera Foundation, we believe that every child deserves more than survival—they deserve love, opportunity, dignity, and the freedom to dream.
Together, we can ensure that no child grows up believing they were abandoned by the world.
Join hands with Global Visionera Foundation.
Because every child deserves a family.
Every child deserves hope.
Every child deserves a future.
